With our unique approach, all of our referrers have direct access to our online system and dedicated support team who are on hand to provide weekly updates or more frequent updates if required.
Instant Referral Fees
Yes, that's right, we pay our referrers on clients formal instructions. The best bit is that even if a transaction was to abort, you get to keep the referral fee. Our referral fees vary but you could receive up to £500 for referring just one client.
Completion Times
We pride ourselves on not only our 5 star service levels but also on the speed that we get the job done. On average we are able to turn around a freehold transaction within 8 to 10 weeks!
